Email us at sales@jpnbricks.com with a photo of the instruction page showing the missing part, your order number, and your address. We'll send the replacement free of charge.

How difficult are the builds?
Most kits are medium difficulty. They are enjoyable for beginners but still engaging for experienced builders. Build times usually range from 1 to 3 hours depending on the model.

Are the models durable once built?
Yes. JPNBricks models are designed primarily for display and are built to be sturdy once assembled. Each model is meticulously tested before launch to ensure a solid build and a satisfying display finish.
While they are not intended as toys for rough play, they hold together well when handled normally.
Do you offer custom models?
Yes, we do offer custom models for approved projects. Custom builds are available with a minimum order quantity of 20 units.
Due to an active backlog of custom work with other companies, completion timeframes vary depending on project scope and availability.
