Refund & Returns Policy
At JPNBRICKS™, we stand behind the quality of every product we create and are committed to resolving genuine product issues promptly and fairly.
Manufacturing Defects, Missing Parts & Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, missing component, or has been damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 14 days of delivery by emailing sales@jpnbricks.com.
To help us assess your claim as quickly as possible, please include:

Your order number.

A detailed description of the issue.

Clear photographs of the affected product or part.

Photographs of the packaging where applicable.
Once your claim has been reviewed, JPNBRICKS™ will determine the most appropriate resolution based on the nature of the issue.
Our standard remedies include:

Supplying replacement parts.

Replacing the affected product.
-
Providing another suitable solution where appropriate.
We are committed to resolving genuine manufacturing issues through replacement parts or replacement products wherever reasonably possible.
Cosmetic Variations
Certain JPNBRICKS™ products include individually finished or hand-finished components.
Minor variations in colour, finish, texture or coating may naturally occur during manufacturing and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
If you believe a cosmetic issue exceeds acceptable quality standards, please contact us with photographs for assessment. We will review each case individually and, where appropriate, provide a suitable resolution.
Before Requesting a Chargeback
If you experience an issue with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Our customer support team is committed to resolving genuine concerns quickly, and in most cases replacement parts or replacement products can be arranged without unnecessary delays.
Returns
Please do not return any item without first contacting our customer support team.
If a return is required, we will provide return authorisation together with detailed return instructions.
Unauthorised returns may delay the assessment and processing of your claim.
Order Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where an order has not yet entered the dispatch process, we may accept a cancellation at our discretion. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Please note that payment processing fees, credit card fees, foreign exchange fees, currency conversion charges, and any other non-refundable transaction costs incurred by JPNBRICKS™ are not refunded to us by our payment providers. As a result, these costs may be deducted from the refund amount where permitted by applicable law.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer accepted and our Change of Mind policy below will apply.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for change of mind once an order has been dispatched.
Custom-built products, personalised licence plates and made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Exclusions
This policy does not cover:

Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper assembly or modifications.

Normal wear and tear.

Cosmetic variations that fall within normal manufacturing tolerances.

Claims submitted outside the reporting period where permitted by applicable law.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Where required by applicable law, JPNBRICKS™ will provide the appropriate remedy.
