6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times vary depending on destination and shipping service selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery dates are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.
JPNBRICKS™ is not responsible for shipping delays caused by postal carriers, customs authorities, weather events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct before placing an order.
7. Returns, Replacements & Defective Items
We take pride in the quality of every JPNBRICKS™ product.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, missing component or is damaged during transit, we are committed to resolving the issue promptly.
Reporting an Issue
Please contact sales@jpnbricks.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the affected product or part.
- Photographs of the packaging where applicable.
Resolution Process
Once the issue has been reviewed, JPNBRICKS™ may, where appropriate:
- Supply replacement parts.
- Replace the affected product.
- Offer another suitable remedy.
- Provide a refund where required under applicable consumer law.
The appropriate remedy will depend on the nature of the issue.
Cosmetic Variations
Some products include individually finished or hand-finished components.
Minor variations in colour, finish or coating may naturally occur and do not necessarily constitute a manufacturing defect.
Where a customer believes a cosmetic issue exceeds acceptable quality standards, we encourage them to contact us. We will assess the issue in good faith and, where appropriate, provide a replacement or another suitable remedy.
Before Initiating a Chargeback
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Our team is committed to resolving genuine product concerns promptly, and many issues can be resolved through replacement parts or replacement products without unnecessary delays.
Return Authorisation
Products must not be returned without prior authorisation.
Where a return is required, JPNBRICKS™ will provide return instructions.
Unauthorised returns may delay the assessment of your claim.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been dispatched unless required under applicable consumer law.
Consumer Rights

8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting sales@jpnbricks.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.
Custom-built products, personalised licence plates and made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, product designs, instruction manuals, digital renders, packaging, photography, logos, branding, graphics and other materials remain the exclusive property of JPNBRICKS™.
These materials are protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished or used without prior written permission from JPNBRICKS™.
Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
