For domestic orders, we use Australia Post.
All deliveries include a live tracking link, giving you the most accurate updates in real time. For delivery enquiries, please contact the courier directly using your tracking details, as they can provide the fastest and most up-to-date information.
30-Day No Stress Policy

Exchanges & Store Credit — 30 Days
If you ordered the wrong colour, rim spec, or changed your mind, we'll exchange it or issue store credit within 30 days of delivery. Item must be unopened and in its original packaging.

Damaged in Transit
If your kit arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days with a photo and we'll replace it immediately.

Missing Pieces
Email us at sales@jpnbricks.com with a photo of the instruction page showing the missing part, your order number, and your address. We'll send the replacement free of charge.

Change of Mind Refunds
We don't offer refunds to the original payment method for change of mind — but exchanges and store credit are always available within the 30-day window.
