Cancellation policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting sales@jpnbricks.com as soon as possible.
Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
If a cancellation request is received before dispatch, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Custom-built products, personalised items (including custom licence plates), and made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.
If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect or damaged component, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will review the issue and, where appropriate, provide replacement parts, a replacement product, another suitable remedy, or a refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Australian Consumer Law.
