Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. During new product launches, promotional events, or peak periods, processing times may be longer.

Custom-built products, personalised licence plates, and pre-order items may require additional processing time. Any estimated dispatch timeframe will be displayed on the relevant product page where applicable.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping service selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed.

JPNBRICKS™ is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, customs authorities, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by their destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipping details are accurate before completing their purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.

JPNBRICKS™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact sales@jpnbricks.com as soon as possible.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and assist in reaching an appropriate resolution. Where applicable, replacement products or other remedies will be provided in accordance with our Returns & Defective Items Policy and applicable consumer laws.

Pre-Orders

Orders containing pre-order products will generally be dispatched once all items in the order are available unless otherwise agreed. Estimated release dates are subject to change due to manufacturing and shipping schedules.
