If you're ever missing a piece from your set, please don't hesitate to reach out! Simply email us at sales@jpnbricks.com or use the Contact Us section on our website. Be sure to include a photo of the instruction page showing the missing part. We'll verify it and ship the replacement to you at no extra cost.

JPNBricks ships all orders directly from Melbourne, Australia. We aim to dispatch within 24 hours, and every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your build on its journey to you.

For domestic orders, we use Australia Post.

All deliveries include a live tracking link, giving you the most accurate updates in real time. For delivery enquiries, please contact the courier directly using your tracking details, as they can provide the fastest and most up-to-date information.

Refunds & Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind. Refunds will only be offered for items that arrive damaged in transit. Exchanges are only permitted if you ordered the incorrect colour or rim package.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

These policies are in place to keep things fair for our customers and to protect against secondary market resales.

Refunds (if applicable)

To request a refund for a damaged item, you must contact us at sales@jpnbricks.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the damaged item.

If approved, you must return the item within 7 days using a tracked courier service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

JPNBricks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information so you can follow up directly with the courier.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if the wrong rim package or colour was ordered. Exchanges will not be granted for different products.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you must use a courier service that provides tracking.
