Refunds & Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 7 days. If more than 7 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

We do not accept returns for refunds due to change of mind. Refunds will only be offered for items that arrive damaged in transit. Exchanges are only permitted if you ordered the incorrect colour or rim package.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.

These policies are in place to keep things fair for our customers and to protect against secondary market resales.

Refunds (if applicable)

To request a refund for a damaged item, you must contact us at sales@jpnbricks.com.au within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include clear photos of the damaged item.

If approved, you must return the item within 7 days using a tracked courier service. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will ship a replacement if available. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of your item.

Lost or Stolen Packages

JPNBricks is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will provide delivery confirmation, tracking details, and carrier information so you can follow up directly with the courier.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if the wrong rim package or colour was ordered. Exchanges will not be granted for different products.

If you need to exchange your item, please email sales@jpnbricks.com.au with your order details.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you must use a courier service that provides tracking.

WOW…. The customer service these guys offer is absolutely top tier, they absolutely care for the customers like no one else! The product is so sick, I bought 5 cars and the tow truck, and to say I’m impressed is a downplay. Love the models they offer and they look so good on display, the custom wheels are a GAME changer as well, bought 4 sets of custom wheels and they’re replicas. Absolutely insane. Cannot go past JPNBRICKS when it comes to custom LEGO kits!!!!

From the moment the ad from JPNBricks came up on my newsfeed on Facebook showing the iconic 180sx which I’ve never found one like, I knew I had to get it! The ordering process so quick and easy and the customer service was fantastic when I send a picture of the custom number plate to match my partners 180sx. The postage said 2 weeks on the website back it was literally a week so it worked out incredibly well as it was for Father’s Day (came the next day). My partner was so impressed and couldn’t wait to put it together to put it front and centre of his other collected 180’s (none Lego). Couldn’t thank or encourage others more about this company!
